Information

The DN450 PN10 AF300 gasket is manufactured from GAMBIT AF-300 compressed gasket sheet, designed for sealing flange connections operating with water, steam and mild chemical media. Its flexible construction adapts to flange irregularities, providing reliable sealing performance in industrial, heating and municipal installations.

Installation Instructions

Check that the gasket has the correct size and material.
Inspect the gasket for any damage.
Ensure the flange faces are not distorted.
Clean the flange faces, bolts, nuts and washers.
Align the flanges and bolt holes.
Carefully insert and centre the gasket between the flanges.
Do not use sealing compounds.
Tighten the flange connection without over-compressing or damaging the gasket.
