§1 Introduction

The Administrator of the Website at sklep.polberis.pl is POLBERIS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered in Osowice 25, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court POZNAŃ – NOWE MIASTO AND WILDA, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000905134, NIP: 6653039625, REGON 389146274, with share capital of 100,000.00 PLN.
  3. This document sets out the rules for the operation and use of cookies on the website sklep.polberis.pl.

§2 Definitions

  1. Administrator – POLBERIS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, registered in Osowice 25, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court POZNAŃ – NOWE MIASTO AND WILDA, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000905134, NIP: 6653039625, REGON 389146274, with share capital of 100,000.00 PLN.
  2. Cookie Banner – an interface displayed to the User during their first visit to the Website, allowing them to manage consent for the use of cookies and similar technologies. The Cookie Banner enables acceptance, rejection, or adjustment of settings for individual categories of cookies. It is available at any time via a link placed on the Website.
  3. Personal Data – information about an identified or identifiable natural person, identifiable through one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including device IP address, online identifiers, and information collected via cookies or similar technologies.
  4. Policy – this Cookie Policy.
