The DN80 PN10-40 KLINGERSIL C-4300 gasket is manufactured from KLINGERSIL C-4300 compressed gasket sheet and is designed for industrial sealing applications requiring excellent compression resistance and low surface adhesion. Material

KLINGERSIL C-4300 is a universal compressed fibre gasket material developed for industrial applications. Its composition provides high compressive strength and a low-adhesion surface, making installation and removal easier.

Installation Instructions

Verify the gasket size and material.
Inspect the gasket before installation.
Ensure the flange faces are not distorted.
Clean flange faces, bolts, nuts and washers.
Align flanges and bolt holes.
Carefully position and centre the gasket.
Do not use sealing compounds.
Tighten evenly without over-compressing the gasket.
