Information

Teflon PTFE gasket DN50 PN10 - offers many interesting chemical and thermal properties not available for other thermoplastics. They include, among others, high chemical resistance, which is achieved due to high binding energy for atoms of carbon and fluorine. It maintains chemical resistance even at higher temperatures.

Except for the applications in the food and chemical industry, due to the insulating power of high frequencies, it is suitable for electrotechnical applications.

it is almost insensitive to the action of solvents. Fluorine and some of its compounds are the exceptions.

PTFE seals are used in harsh and demanding environments.
