Position limit switches are designed to control the movement of overhead cranes, hoists and machine tools. They operate as auxiliary controllers for electric motors through power interfaces such as contactors or PLC controllers.

Both the enclosure and the head of the limit switches are made of thermoplastic material (glass-fibre reinforced nylon).

The materials and components provide high strength and durability and protect the equipment against water and dust.

The X-FCS Series has “T” or “cross” rods that can move to 3 or 4 maintained positions.

The rotation range is ±90° or 360°.

The X-FRZ Series has a single rod or a rod with a roller and spring-return movement. The rotation range is ±65°.

The limit switches are equipped with 1NO + 1NC snap-action switches or, upon request, 1NC slow-action switches. All switches are positive-opening type, making them suitable for safety functions.
