Information
The PF590300150018 1:15 TER Finecorsa GF4C limit switch is a rotary limit switch used for the control and measurement of industrial machine movement, as well as the position of nacelles or the pitch angle of wind turbines. Limit switches are designed to interrupt or establish an electrical circuit when a component reaches a specified end position. They are used for control and safety purposes in various industrial applications, such as transport equipment, industrial machinery and many others.
Limit switches are durable and resistant to industrial conditions such as vibration, dust, moisture and high temperatures.
Features
- Consists of a gear motor that transmits motion to cams and other motion detection devices through the main input reduction stage (worm gear and screw gear transmission).
- Precise cam adjustment by means of screws.
- Positive opening NC contacts for safety functions.
- Mechanical life of switches: 10,000,000 operations.
- Protection rating: IP65.
- Resistant to extreme temperatures from -25°C to +70°C.
- Resistant to salt spray.
- Gear shafts and gear transmission shafts are made of AISI 303 stainless steel. Self-lubricating gears are made of technopolymer.
- The materials and components used are resistant to weather conditions and guarantee protection against water and dust ingress.
