Information:

Pendant NPA / CP control station for direct control of industrial machines. Solid and handy. NPA-CP is a specialist control pendant available with dustproof buttons.

Properties:

• The cable bushing should be set at an angle of 20 ° to give the operator the best view of the controls and a natural, comfortable working position.
• The control pendant is also available with rubber dustproof buttons with symbols. The rubber buttons in the NPA / CP cassette guarantee resistance to weather conditions. They ensure protection of the device against the ingress of water and dust, and prevent the buttons from being blocked.
• Two-color contoured buttons and dials guarantee clear reading and are resistant to wear.
• The mushroom-head emergency STOP button complies with the EN 418 standard.
• The remote control is resistant to extreme temperatures: from -25 ° C to + 70 ° C.
• Available remote configurations: from 2 to 8 buttons

Installation in accordance with the catalog card of the NPA / CP control pendant:

1. Remove the screws (15) from the bottom cover (13) to open the pendant station. Cut the variable cross section rubber cable grommet (24). Insert the cable tight enough to protect it from water and dust.

2. Fix the cable to the cable sleeve (24) with a cable tie (nosupplied complete).

3. Strip the cable jacket to a length suitable for wiring the switches (20, 28).

4. Fix the cable inside the pendant station with the cable clamp (21).

5. Connect all switches (10, 18) according to the diagram on the contacts / switches. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 0.8 Nm;

6. Close hanging control station by checking correct alignmentthe rubber (12) in the cover (1) and the "O" rings (17).

7. Insert the rubber screw caps (14) into the holes in the bottom cover (13).
