Information

The rotary limit switch is used to control and measure the movement of industrial machinery or the position of the nacelle or the tilt angle of wind turbines.

Properties:

Consists of a gear motor that transfers motion to the cams and other motion-detecting devices through the main input reduction stage (worm gear and helical gear).
Precise cam adjustment using screws.
Positive opening of NC contacts for safety functions.
Mechanical life of switches: 10,000,000 operations.
Protection rating: IP65.
Resistant to extreme temperatures: from -25°C to +70°C.
Resistant to salt spray.
Gear shafts and gear wheels are made of AISI 303 stainless steel. Self-lubricating gears are made of technopolymer.
The materials and components used are resistant to atmospheric conditions and guarantee protection of the device against the ingress of water and dust.

Options:

Rotation: from 1:1 to 1:969.
Can be equipped with 2 cam sets (with up to 7 switches), potentiometers and encoders, as well as Yankee absolute encoders (on a cam set with up to 3 switches).
Available with flanges, sprockets and couplings.
Available with direct control switches, preventing direct operation of the motor.
