The PFA9165A0050068 1:50 Finecorsa Base TER limit switch is a rotary BASE limit switch used for the control and measurement of industrial machine movements. It is used to disconnect either the entire device or the control circuit after reaching a specified position. It has a compact size, therefore it can be used in narrow spaces. It is robust and reliable. Above all, it is suitable for use in harsh environments. In addition, it has many features, including:

The BASE limit switch consists of a gear motor that transmits motion through a worm gear and screw gear transmission.
Accurate cam adjustment by means of screws.
Positive opening NC contacts for safety functions.
Mechanical life of switches: 1,000,000 operations.
Protection ratings: IP42, IP65, IP66, IP67, IP69K.
Resistant to extreme temperatures: from -40°C to +80°C.
Housing and head made of thermoplastic material.
The BASE limit switch features stainless steel gears and drive shafts, self-lubricating technopolymer gears and drive bushings, a technopolymer base and cover.
Sintered bronze bushings are located in the limit switch base to optimize shaft rotation and prevent material friction.
The materials and components used are resistant to weather conditions. In other words, they provide protection against water and dust ingress.

Options:

Rotation ratios: from 1:15 to 1:1500.
The BASE limit switch can be equipped with a cam set with up to 6 switches.
Available with dedicated terminals or cable connectors.
Available with direct control switches allowing direct motor operation.
