Installation Instructions

  • Verify the gasket size and material.
  • Inspect the gasket before installation.
  • Ensure the flange faces are not distorted.
  • Clean flange faces, bolts, nuts and washers.
  • Align flanges and bolt holes.
  • Carefully position and centre the gasket.
  • Do not use sealing compounds.
  • Tighten evenly without over-compressing the gasket.
