Information

The DN40 PN16 Weld Neck Flange is manufactured from P250GH carbon steel and is designed for 48.3 mm (1 1/2") pipes. Produced in accordance with EN 1092-1, Type 11B, it provides a strong and reliable butt weld connection for industrial piping and heating systems.

The tapered hub distributes mechanical stresses evenly between the pipe and the flange, making weld neck flanges the preferred choice for pressure and temperature-critical applications.

Material

P250GH is a European pressure vessel carbon steel with excellent weldability and high-temperature resistance up to 480°C. It is commonly used for the manufacture of flanges, fittings, pressure equipment, boilers, and industrial piping components without requiring special heat treatment.
