Information

Flange SLIP-ON - it is a flange for welding. How to welding the flange? We slide it onto the pipe. They are minimally wider, so that the pipe slides in. We weld it on the bottom and on top of the flange. It is made according to the American standard B16.5.

When welding, keep the space between the end of the pipe and the flange to avoid damage to the flange face. As shown in the figure.

Steel grade A105 - is a carbon steel undoubtedly often used in pipeline components, flanges and fittings. This grade of carbon steel is primarily used for ambient and higher temperatures, and to work in pressure installations. Good machinability, as with any low-alloy steel. Noteworthy is the fact that it is a weldable steel.
