Information

Sockolet 2'' x 8''–10'' SW A105 Class 3000 is a SW branch outlet belonging to the group of high-pressure fittings, where the pipe is welded into the socket (recess). The socket welded to the pipe creates a tight installation structure. The Socket Weld (SW) system guarantees safety, durability, and a permanent installation. Thanks to SW fittings, the installation pressure can be easily selected. Each fitting is marked with its size, material grade, heat number, and pressure class. All SW fittings are supplied with 3.1 material certificates.

This carbon steel grade is primarily intended for use at ambient and elevated temperatures, as well as in pressure installations. It has good machinability, as with all low-alloy steels. It is also a weldable steel.
