What is a needle valve used for?

Needle Valve 1/2'' BSP 316L is designed for the precise regulation of fluid flow. Unlike a ball valve, a needle valve uses a needle-shaped stem instead of a ball. Whenever accurate flow control is required, a needle valve is the preferred solution. The needle mechanism allows smooth and gradual adjustment of the flow rate.

It is important to note that Needle Valve 1/2'' BSP 316L is not a full-port valve.

We can manufacture stainless steel and carbon steel needle valves within 10 days. Our needle valves are supplied with 3.1 material certificates and are manufactured in Europe.

How to install a needle valve?

Select the valve according to the required working pressure and operating temperature (refer to the valve datasheet).
Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
Before installation, ensure the piping system is fully depressurized upstream and downstream of the valve.
Do not subject the installed valve to additional external loads.
