Information

The 2" NPT 316L Class 3000 Cap is designed for the safe sealing of piping systems. It is commonly used for pressure testing and in demanding industrial installations, food processing, and other high-performance applications.

316 / 316L stainless steel is a highly corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel with excellent welding and forming properties. Due to its superior corrosion resistance, it is one of the most widely used stainless steel grades and offers better performance than 304 / 304L.
