Wall Plate Elbow 1" Female Thread 90° Galvanized Cast Iron is a mounting fitting with a tensile strength below 350 N/mm². The fitting features female threads and a galvanized surface. It is available in various sizes. The 90° wall plate elbow is manufactured from cast iron.
Galvanized cast iron fittings are widely used in all branches of industry and in central heating installations. Their main advantages are competitive price and wide availability. They are suitable for low-demand installations, cold water, and hot water systems.
The fittings are manufactured from malleable cast iron. Their surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing.
- Maximum working pressure: 25 bar at operating temperatures from -20°C to +120°C.
- Maximum working pressure: 20–25 bar at operating temperatures from -20°C to +300°C.
Galvanized cast iron fittings are manufactured according to EN10242.
The surface is protected with hot-dip galvanizing, providing resistance against corrosion and atmospheric conditions.
Galvanized cast iron fittings feature tapered external R threads and parallel internal Rp threads in accordance with ISO 7/1.
Marking: the fittings are marked with the size.
- Available sizes: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4".
- Galvanized cast iron fittings are not available in metric sizes.
The galvanized cast iron fitting range includes: elbows, reducing elbows, tees, reducing tees, reducers, short bends, long bends, couplings, reducing couplings, caps, plugs with flange, plugs without flange, T9 plugs, unions with female threads, nipple unions, unions with gasket, conical unions, straight nipples, and reducing nipples.
We also offer uncoated cast iron fittings (without galvanizing).
