Information
Galvanized cast iron fittings are widely used in many industrial sectors and central heating installations. Their main advantages are affordability and wide availability. They are suitable for installations with moderate operating requirements for both cold and hot water systems.
The fittings are manufactured from malleable cast iron and protected with a hot-dip galvanized coating.
Short Bend 1'' Galvanized Cast Iron 90° Female x Male is manufactured according to EN 10242.
The hot-dip galvanized surface provides excellent protection against corrosion and weather conditions.
Galvanized cast iron fittings feature R taper external threads and Rp parallel internal threads, manufactured according to ISO 7/1.
Each fitting is permanently marked with its size.
Available sizes: 1/8'', 1/4'', 3/8'', 1/2'', 3/4'', 1'', 1 1/4'', 1 1/2'', 2'', 2 1/2'', 3'', and 4''.
Galvanized cast iron fittings are not available with metric threads.
The range includes elbows, reducing elbows, tees, reducing tees, reducers, short bends, long bends, couplings, reducing couplings, caps, plugs with collar, plugs without collar, T9 plugs, T8 plugs, unions with female threads, nipple unions, unions with seals, conical unions, straight nipples, and reducing nipples.
