Information
Union 1'' SW × BSP Male A105 Class 3000 is a two-piece fitting designed for the quick connection and disconnection of hydraulic piping systems.
Socket Weld (SW) fittings belong to the group of high-pressure fittings, where the pipe is inserted into a socket and welded. The welded socket and pipe create a leak-tight, durable connection. The Socket Weld system ensures safety, reliability, and long service life. Each fitting is marked with its size, material grade, heat number, and pressure class. All Socket Weld fittings are available with a 3.1 material certificate.
A105 steel is a carbon steel commonly used for pipeline components, flanges, and fittings. It is intended for operation in pressure systems at ambient and elevated temperatures. It offers good machinability and excellent weldability.
Similar material grades: 1.0460, C22.8, P245GH, P265GH.
