The 1" Socket Weld Cross A105 Class 3000 is part of the high-pressure SW fittings group, where the pipe is inserted into a socket and welded. The welded socket creates a tight, durable, and leak-proof installation. The SW system ensures safety, durability, and stability. During welding, the pipe stays in the socket, allowing better handling and stronger welds capable of withstanding high pressure. Each fitting is marked with size, material grade, heat number, and pressure class. All SW fittings have 3.1 certificates.

Steel Grade A105 is a widely used carbon steel for pipelines, flanges, and fittings. It is suitable for ambient and higher temperatures, pressure applications, and is fully weldable. It is used in socket fittings, elbows, tees, couplings, unions, flanges, and connectors.
