Information
Galvanized cast iron fittings are widely used in all branches of industry and in central heating installations. Their main advantages are affordability and wide availability. They are intended for low-demand applications involving hot and cold water.
The fittings are manufactured from malleable cast iron, while the surface is protected with a hot-dip galvanized coating.
Galvanized cast iron fittings are manufactured according to EN10242.
The surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing, providing excellent resistance against corrosion and weather conditions.
Marking: each union is stamped with its size.

- Galvanized cast iron fittings are not available with metric threads.
The range of galvanized cast iron fittings, including the Male Union 1/2" with Gasket, includes elbows, reducing elbows, tees, reducing tees, reducers, short bends, long bends, couplings, reducing couplings, caps, plugs with head, plugs without head, T9 plugs, female threaded unions, male unions, gasket unions, conical unions, straight nipples and reducing nipples.
It is worth noting that the Male Union 1/2" with Gasket is designed for quick connection and disconnection of hydraulic systems and is suitable for both hot and cold water installations as well as central heating systems.
