Information

The 1/4" NPT Carbon Steel Ball Valve is designed for demanding industrial applications. It features a full port design, a blowout-proof stem, and a three-piece body, allowing the valve to be dismantled for seal replacement and maintenance without replacing the entire valve.

The PTFE seats provide excellent sealing performance and compatibility with a wide range of media, including water, oil, and gas (WOG).

Pressure Rating vs. Temperature

The maximum working pressure depends on the operating temperature:

-20°C: 1000 psi (69 bar)
+40°C: 1000 psi (69 bar)
+100°C: 600 psi (41.4 bar)
+150°C: 350 psi (24.13 bar)

This valve is suitable for installations with demanding operating conditions and a wide temperature range.
