Union 1 1/2" Butt Weld 316 Stainless Steel
The Union 1 1/2" Butt Weld 316 Stainless Steel (1.4408) is a high-quality piping component designed for creating detachable connections in industrial, food processing, chemical and hydraulic installations. Thanks to the BW (Butt Weld) connection type, the union provides a durable and leak-tight pipe connection while allowing future disassembly of the installation without cutting the pipeline.
The sealing is achieved by a precisely machined metal-to-metal cone, which ensures high tightness and resistance to operating pressure and temperature. This solution eliminates the need for additional gaskets.
316 stainless steel (1.4408) is characterized by very good resistance to corrosion, moisture and many chemical substances. As a result, the union is widely used in water systems, compressed air installations, and in the food, chemical and petrochemical industries.
