NBR Gasket DN50 PN10–16 × 4 mm is manufactured from oil-resistant NBR rubber sheet, produced from a vulcanized rubber compound.

How to install the NBR Gasket DN50 PN10–16 × 4 mm

• Check that the gasket is the correct size and material.
• Inspect the gasket for damage.
• Check that the flanges are not distorted.
• Clean the flange faces and fastening components (bolts, nuts, and washers).
• Align the flanges and bolt holes.
• Carefully insert and centre the gasket between the flanges.
• Do not use sealing compounds.
• Tighten the flanges, ensuring that the gasket is not over-compressed or damaged.
