The Union 1/2" Butt Weld 316 Stainless Steel (1.4408) is a high-quality piping component designed for detachable connections in industrial, food processing, chemical, and hydraulic installations. Thanks to the BW (Butt Weld) connection type, the weld union provides a durable and leak-tight pipe connection with the possibility of future disassembly without cutting the pipeline.
Sealing is achieved through a precisely machined metal-to-metal cone, ensuring high tightness and resistance to pressure and operating temperatures. This solution eliminates the need for additional gaskets.
Union 1/2" Butt Weld 316 Stainless Steel (1.4408) is characterized by very good resistance to corrosion, moisture, and the effects of many chemical substances. As a result, the weld union is widely used in water systems, compressed air installations, and in the food processing, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
