Information
Tee 1 1/2'' socket weld 304L cl.3000 belongs to the group of Socket Weld SW where the pipe is welded in the socket (inlet). Socket welded with a pipe form tight structure of the system. Socket Weld (SW) system ensures safety, durability and resistance to rupture of the system. Such welding is well praised by the welders. During welding, the pipe is inserted into the socket and does not move what ensures better freedom. The weld resists bigger pressures. SW fittings allow easy selection of the pressure of the system. Each fitting is stamped with size, grade, melt and pressure rating. All SW fittings have 3.1 certificates.
Advantages: pipe does not require bevelling for welding. Socket Weld fittings do not require special preparations, they are an alternative for threaded union pieces.
