Information
Material 304 steel type - is the standard corrosion resistant stainless steel (SS 304L). Certainly the most versatile and widely used, it is unquestionably available in a wide range of products. Notable for its excellent forming and welding properties.
Other name: 1.4301 1.4306 1.4307 AISI304L 0H18N9 X5CrNi18-10 A2 accoding to the norm PN-54/H-86020 (replaced by PN-EN 10088)
304 / 304L Grade Advantages: non-magnetic steel, excellent ductility, excellent impact strength, excellent weldability, good toughness, wide operating temperature range.
Stainless pipe nipple 1 1/4'' 80mm can find use in corrosive environments, the chemical industry, food industry, architecture, automotive, and the paint industry because the steel it is made from, grade 304, is resistant to foodstuffs, sterilization solutions, most organic chemicals and dyes as well as many inorganic chemicals.
