Short bend 2'' cast iron 90deg – is used in all industries, in central heating systems and for quick connection and disconnection of hydraulic systems. Fittings are used to connect fittings, pumps, industrial equipment, pipes, fittings, etc. The main advantage of galvanized cast iron fittings is the price and general availability. They are used in installations with small requirements, for cold water and hot water.

Fttings are made of galvanized cast iron. Their surface is protected by hot-dip galvanizing.

What is the Construction of a Short Bend?

The 2'' Short Bend Cast Iron Galvanized 90 Degrees GW is manufactured in accordance with the EN10242 standard.

The surface is covered with hot-dip zinc, which protects against corrosion and weather conditions.

Galvanized cast iron fittings have external tapered threads (R) and internal cylindrical threads (Rp), compliant with ISO 7/1 standards.

Applications bend cast iron:

• In Water Supply Networks: Short galvanized cast iron bends are used to connect pipes in water supply systems, allowing for easy changes in the direction of water flow.
• Sewage Systems: Bends are used in sewer installations to direct the flow of sewage.

Galvanized cast iron fittings are made in accordance with EN10242.
