Information

P235GH is a carbon steel grade specifically developed for pressure equipment and welding applications. It offers excellent weldability, good ductility, and high resistance to cold bending. P235GH is one of the most commonly used carbon steel grades and is widely available in the form of plates, pipes, and welding fittings.

It is suitable for industrial installations, boilers, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers.

Compared with P265GH, P235GH contains less carbon and a higher manganese content, making it less susceptible to tensile stresses while maintaining excellent fabrication properties.
