Reduction 2''x1/2'' NPT hexagonal nut-screw WZ - belongs primarily to threaded fittings "high-pressure fittings". Additionally, nipples are available in all inch sizes. Each nipple is stamped with size, grade, melt and pressure class. It guarantees the safety and durability of the installation. All threaded fittings are certified 3.1.
Advantages: easy selection of thread and steel grade
Disadvantages: not available in metric dimensions
Steel grade A105 - is a carbon steel undoubtedly often used in piping components, flanges and fittings. This grade of carbon steel is primarily used for ambient and higher temperatures, and to work in pressure installations. Good machinability, as with any low-alloy steel. Noteworthy is the fact that it is a weldable steel.
Application: grade used for oil and gas transmission, petrochemicals, power plants, pressure vessels, etc.
