Stainless Steel Pipe Nipple 1'' 316L 50 mm is manufactured from 316 / 316L stainless steel.

316 / 316L stainless steel grade is a very popular austenitic stainless steel with high corrosion resistance. It has excellent welding and forming properties. This steel was originally developed for the paper industry because it proved highly resistant to sulfur compounds used in paper processing. Due to its corrosion-resistant properties, 316 austenitic stainless steel is one of the most commonly used stainless steels. It is also a higher-grade material than 304 / 304L.
