Information

A105 is a carbon steel commonly used for piping components, flanges and fittings. This carbon steel grade is intended for pressure systems operating at ambient and elevated temperatures. It offers good machinability, as with other low-alloy steels, and excellent weldability.

Applications: refineries, steel industry, marine industry, high-pressure installations, demanding industrial applications, high-temperature service with A105, low-temperature service with LF2, boilers, pressure vessels, hydraulic systems, outdoor installations, oil and gas industry.
