Cap 1 1/4'' NPT 304L cl.3000 - used for safe closure of the system. Used for the execution of pressure testing. Used for systems with high requirements, industry, food production etc.
Grade 304 / 304L - is a standard stainless steel (SS 304L). The most versatile and widely used stainless steel, available in a wide range of products, undoubtedly has excellent forming and welding properties.
Other name: 1.4301 1.4306 1.4307 AISI304L
Application: heat exchangers, pharmaceutical equipment, dairy, brewing industry, marine fittings, coastal architecture, food industry.
Advantages: easy selection of thread and steel grade.
Marking: each cap is stamped with size, grade, melt and pressure rating. Sometimes also with the type of thread (execution and marking is in compliance with the applicable standards).
