Camlock Gasket 1/2'' NBR is designed for sealing 1/2-inch Camlock (Cam & Groove) quick couplings. Manufactured from NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), it provides reliable sealing in systems carrying oils, fuels, water, hydraulic fluids, and many industrial media.

NBR offers excellent resistance to mineral oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, and aliphatic hydrocarbons, making it suitable for demanding industrial, agricultural, and transport applications.

Material

NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) is a high-performance synthetic rubber commonly used for manufacturing industrial seals, O-rings, hoses, and gaskets.

Installation

• Verify the correct gasket size and material.
• Inspect the gasket for damage.
• Ensure the Camlock couplings are clean and undamaged.
• Insert and centre the gasket correctly inside the coupling.
• Do not use sealing compounds.
• Close the Camlock coupling without over-compressing the gasket.
