Threadolet 1/2" × 2"–2 1/2" NPT LF2 Class 3000 belongs to the family of steel branch outlets (Olets), including Weldolet, Threadolet, Sockolet, Boss, Couplet and Latrolet. It provides an alternative method of branching pipelines.

Olets are pre-contoured to match the curvature of the run pipe, allowing easy welding and the creation of branch connections. They provide excellent flow characteristics and optimum stress distribution. Branch outlets are typically used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

Applications: oil and gas transmission, petrochemical plants, power stations, pressure vessels and similar industrial installations.
