Informtion

Steel grade 316Ti - is a stainless steel with the addition of titanium, and low carbon content. It can be used in highly corrosive areas. Very similar to 316 steel in chemical composition and mechanical properties. The addition of titanium is intended to reduce intergranular corrosion when heated in the temperature range of 425-815°C.

Steel 1.4571 has an average carbon content of 0.06%, chromium 17%, nickel 12%, molybdenum 2%, titanium - less than 1%.
