A105 steel grade – is a carbon steel commonly used in piping components, flanges and fittings. This carbon steel grade is primarily intended for operation at ambient and higher temperatures and for use in pressure installations. It has good machinability, as is the case with any low-alloy steel. It is also worth noting that this steel is weldable.
