- Not recommended for: esters, glycol, benzene, chlorinated hydrocarbons
- Applications: static sealing, gasket and O-ring production, tyres, inner tubes, bumpers, fuel and oil hoses, automotive and petrochemical industries
Information
NBR Gasket DN25 PN10–16 × 2 mm is manufactured from oil-resistant vulcanized NBR rubber and is designed for reliable sealing of industrial flange connections exposed to oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids.

- Operating temperature: -40°C to +100°C
- Available with no reinforcement or reinforced with one or two fabric inserts
Advantages

Limitations
- Not recommended for esters

Installation
- Check the correct gasket size and material.
- Inspect the gasket for damage.
- Clean and inspect flange faces.
- Clean bolts, nuts, and washers.
- Align the flange bolt holes.
- Centre the gasket carefully.
- Do not use sealing compounds.
- Tighten evenly without over-compressing the gasket.
