Information

Galvanized malleable iron fittings are commonly used in all industrial sectors and in central heating installations. Their main advantages are affordability and wide availability. They are suitable for low-demand installations, cold water and hot water systems.

The fittings are made of malleable iron. Their surface is protected with a hot-dip galvanized coating.

• Maximum working pressure: 25 bar at operating temperatures from -20°C to 120°C.
• Maximum working pressure: 20–25 bar at operating temperatures from -20°C to 300°C.

Hex Reducing Bushing 1/2" × 1/8" Galvanized Malleable Iron is manufactured according to EN 10242.

The surface is protected by a hot-dip galvanized coating, providing corrosion and weather resistance.

Galvanized malleable iron fittings have R tapered male threads and Rp parallel female threads in accordance with ISO 7/1.

• Marking: the fittings are marked with the size.
• Available sizes: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4".

Galvanized malleable iron fittings are not available in metric sizes.
