ePTFE Gasket 70 x 33 x 2 mm is made from ePTFE, an enhanced version of PTFE.

ePTFE is an improved PTFE. ePTFE gaskets are more reliable. They withstand demanding operating conditions. They conform very well to sealing surfaces, providing excellent sealing performance. ePTFE can seal damaged flange surfaces.

How to install the gasket?

• Check that the gasket is the correct size and material.
• Check that the gasket is free from damage.
• Check that the flanges are not distorted.
• Remove all dirt from the flange surfaces and fastening elements such as bolts, nuts, and washers.
• Align the flanges and bolt holes.
• Carefully insert the gasket between the flanges.
• Center the gasket between the flanges.
• Do not use sealing compounds.
• Join the flanges, ensuring that the gasket has not been over-compressed or damaged.
