Description

The DN40 3mm PN10-40 AF1000 gasket is reinforced with a stainless steel insert on the inner side. This design protects the gasket material from the medium being sealed and mechanically strengthens the gasket, increasing durability and reliability under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.

AF-1000 GAMBIT Sealing
The AF-1000 material is a high-performance gasket used in the chemical industry and other applications with elevated temperature and pressure. The reinforced plate withstands pressure spikes and ensures long-term sealing reliability.

• Continuous operating temperature: 350°C
• Continuous operating temperature in steam: 130°C
• Short-term temperature: 420°C
• Maximum temperature: 1000°C
• Working pressure: 12 MPa

If the gasket fails under pressure or air bursts, it should be reinforced with a steel ring to prevent extrusion.
