Gasket DN100 PN10 TEMAFAST ECONOMY is manufactured from non-asbestos compressed fibre sheet made of organic fibres bonded with NBR/SBR rubber, produced according to DIN 28091-2 and ASTM F104. It is designed for general industrial sealing applications where moderate operating conditions are required.

Installation

• Verify the correct gasket size and material.
• Inspect the gasket for damage.
• Ensure flange faces are clean and undamaged.
• Clean bolts, nuts, and washers.
• Align the flange bolt holes.
• Carefully centre the gasket between the flanges.
• Do not use sealing compounds.
• Tighten evenly without over-compressing the gasket.
