Flat Flange DN100 PN10/16 P265GH EN1092-1 Type 01B is used to create a permanent and leak-tight pipe connection. DN100 PN16 flat flanges are manufactured according to EN 1092-1:2013. They are most commonly used in industrial installations, for example in pipelines transporting water or steam. They are also frequently used by plumbers and installers.
An important aspect when using flat flanges is ensuring proper sealing – the gasket should be selected according to the medium flowing through the installation and the operating pressure.
P265GH carbon steel is primarily a weldable steel grade suitable for operation at elevated temperatures. It is commonly used in the petrochemical, chemical, oil and gas industries. It is used for pressure vessels, boilers and pipes transporting hot fluids. It is a standard European steel grade.
The advantages of this steel grade include good weldability and good cold and hot forming properties.
