 Information

Grade 316Ti is a stainless steel with the addition of titanium and low carbon content. It can be used in highly corrosive environments. It is very similar to grade 316 in terms of chemical composition and mechanical properties. The addition of titanium is intended to reduce intergranular corrosion after heating in the temperature range of 425–815°C.

Steel 1.4571 contains approximately: carbon 0.06%, chromium 17%, nickel 12%, molybdenum 2%, titanium below 1%.
