Information
Control Pendant PF30030005 NPA-CP 400V TER for direct control of industrial machinery. Solid and easy to handle. The NPA-CP is a specialized control pendant available with dustproof push buttons.
Features:
- The cable gland should be positioned at a 20° angle to provide the operator with the best view of the control buttons and a natural, comfortable working position.
- Available with dustproof rubber push buttons complete with symbols. The rubber buttons used in the NPA/CP control pendant provide resistance to weather conditions. They protect the device against the ingress of water and dust and prevent the buttons from sticking.
- Two-colour profiled push buttons and legends ensure clear identification and high wear resistance.
- Emergency mushroom STOP button compliant with EN 418.
- Temperature resistance: from -25°C to +70°C.
- Available configurations: from 2 to 8 buttons.
- Single-speed or two-speed push buttons.
- Mechanical life of the switches: 1 million operations.
- Protection rating: IP65.
- Suitable for use in tropical climates.
- The NPA/CP control pendant is not suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
- Oils, acids and solvents may damage the equipment. Do not use them for cleaning.

Installation of the NPA/CP control pendant:
- Remove the screws (15) from the lower cover (13) to open the hanging control station.
Cut the variable-section rubber cable gland (24). Insert the cable tightly enough to ensure protection against water and dust.
- Secure the cable to the cable gland (24) using a cable tie (not supplied).
- Strip the cable sheath to a suitable length for wiring the switches (20, 28).
- Secure the cable inside the hanging control station using the cable clamp (21).
- Connect all switches (10, 18) according to the wiring diagram on the terminals/switches. Tighten the screws to a torque of 0.8 Nm.
- Close the hanging control station, ensuring the correct positioning of the rubber seal (12) in the cover (1) and the O-rings (17).
- Insert the rubber plugs into the screw holes (14) in the lower cover (13).
