The MIKE control panel is a hanging control panel designed for auxiliary control. It has a modern, intuitive design developed by an industrial design studio based on user needs. The MIKE controller results from a thorough analysis of ergonomic aspects, meeting the highest standards. It is easy to use, designed to minimize maintenance time and reduce installation and maintenance downtime costs.
Features:
- Reduced installation and wiring time and costs: The cable, inlet, and switches at the base of the control station are separated from the actuators installed on the cover. It is designed for quick and efficient assembly and disassembly.
- Rubber buttons with symbols provide protection against dust and prevent jamming when the control station is used in harsh conditions.
- The mushroom-shaped emergency stop button is made in accordance with ISO 13850.
- Mechanical operational life of buttons and switches: 10 million operations.
- Protection class of the MIKE control panel: IP65, IP67, and IP69K.
- IK protection class: IK08.
- NEMA protection class: Black MIKE - Type 1, 4, and 4X*; Yellow MIKE - Type 1, 4, and 4X* for indoor use only.
- The remote control is resistant to extreme temperatures: from -40°C to +80°C.
- The materials and components used are resistant to weather conditions and ensure protection of the device against water and dust ingress.
TER control panels are of exceptional quality. They are produced in Italy and are made of very durable material. The panels have a friendly color and are perfectly finished. The manufacturer considered quick assembly and disassembly of the control panels when designing these controllers. This allows for fast connection and efficient disassembly during routine inspections of the entire installation.
In the case of a short circuit or mechanical damage to the buttons, you can purchase individual components for these control panels from us. They are available on-site. There is no need to replace the entire panel.
