Hose Fitting
A hose fitting is used to connect threaded fittings with a hose or pipe. The barbed end may slightly exceed the diameter of the hose, allowing a tight fit between the fitting and the hose, which helps prevent leakage.

Hose fittings application
Hose fittings are used as connectors in all applications involving hoses. The main industries where hose fittings are used include agriculture, industry, machine construction, and water treatment. They also have significant use in domestic and commercial applications.
Types of connections used in hose fittings

Metric Thread (DIN with a 24° internal cone) – one of the most popular connections in Europe. The name comes from Germany: 24° conical fitting (German Institute for Standardization). The connection is based on a 24° cone. Example sizes of metric connections:
